One of the standout features of the CQB75W14 series is the optional model with Bus pin and external UVLO adjustment functions. The BUS pin feature offers convenience for system designers by allowing them to increase or keep the holdup time, reduce the inrush current, capacitor size which saves the space of end devices. The external UVLO enables system designers to adjust the desired point of under voltage lockout within the specification listed on the application note, providing greater flexibility in system design.
The CQB75W14 series offers an ultra-wide input voltage range from 12~160 VDC, covering common distributed voltages in railway power systems. Additionally, it has outstanding high efficiency of up to 91%, making it a cost-effective solution. The wide operating case temperature range of -40°C to +105°C allows it to be used in extreme environments, while the MTBF of up to 850k hours ensures reliability and durability.
The CQB75W14 series is fully protected by input UVLO, output over-current/voltage, and continuous short circuit protection. It has safety approvals such as IEC/UL 62368-1, EN 50155 (with external circuits), and EN 45545-2, making it suitable for railway applications. Additionally, it can pass the requirements of interruptions of voltage supply Class S3 and the voltage change-over class C2, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
