Test & Inspection
 The test and inspection processes Components Bureau can offer from their partners can be as simple or as complex as the customer demands.In circuit test utilising Teradyne Z1820VP/1680 or JET300 equipment tend to be minimum requirements. Customer supplied or customer specified functional test equipment can be easily added to the process which also includes visual inspection.
The extensive facilities available from SMT HK boast RoHS laboratory, reliability laboratory, analytical laboratory and class 1000 clean room for high precision assembly and testing, all of which are at our disposal.
Full batch and lot traceability, being part of ISO9001 accreditation is operated at factory level and by Components Bureau as standard.
