Metalwork
 Part of Components Bureau’s ongoing remit is to provide customers with access to the some of the best offshore manufacturing facilities available. Our metalwork partner has been established since 1986, specialising in designing and manufacturing metal die, pressing and processing metal parts and surface treatment.
With the factory located in the Dong Guan region of Southern China, their expertise covers a broad range of industries and applications from audio/video equipment, home electric appliance, metal chassis and cabinets, contact plates, speaker nets and heatsinks (extruded).
It is this expertise which has attracted globally recognised brands such as JVC, SONY, PANASONIC, BEHRINGER, PHILIPS, SANYO, PIONEER, YAMAHA, PEAVY, B & W Group, FUJI ELECTRIC and FOSTEX to become part of their customer base.
The 9000 square meter factory comprises of R&D, Quality Assurance, Tooling and Moulding, Metal Pressing, Silkscreen, Cleansing and Paint Coating Departments.
The production area is equipped with a number of power presses from 16-200 tons and is able to produce a wide range of small to large-sized metal parts with all the finishing processes you may expect.
The factory has BS EN ISO9001:2000 and ISO14000:2004 accreditation.
