 Components Bureau can offer a range of services ranging from franchised component distribution to custom transformers, metal fabrication and PCB assembly.
Components Bureau’s experience in these areas spans decades, providing us with the opportunity to offer our customers potential solutions which can be multi-faceted.
Our component distribution services offer a range of passive, opto and electro-mechanical solutions from world class suppliers such as Rubycon, Kingbright, NEC Tokin, Littelfuse and Jamicon. Complimenting these, ranges of lesser known brands are on hand to be offered as equivalents to the likes of Molex, Murata, AVX and Panasonic.
Components Bureau’s ethos has always been to provide it’s customer base with good quality service; offering the ability to work outside the realms of normal franchise distribution, utilising our network of Far Eastern suppliers to source cost effective solutions for turnkey requirements. These range from telephones and rubberised keypads for point of sale applications to cable harnesses and injection mouldings for automotive diagnostics.
The shift in UK manufacturing to explore the global market for cheaper contract manufacturing was recognised as a great potential area for development by Components Bureau as far back as 1996. Suitable partners in China were researched, evaluated and developed, ultimately allowing us to add the resources and expertise of Surface Mount Technology to our portfolio.
With dedicated production lines and engineering staff in the 33,000 square metre Tangxia factory at our disposal, we can offer basic PCB assembly including material procurement to manufacture, test, import and delivery or even a full turnkey box build with delivery direct to your named distribution hub or customer. The only limitations are those set by our customers!
